Cozy little gem!
Super cute hotel! Staff was always friendly and helped me out with local tips. I loved enjoying breakfast in the outdoor area-it was such a nice way to start the day. The spa was a bit small for my taste, but the massage was relaxing. Would've liked more room for my suitcase though!

Came here for a weekend and I would stay here again. Make sure you stay in the double room with fancy window, a balcony well worth the extra plus a very comfortable bed. Good service, the breakfast was above average and very very good and they have private parking if needed.

The layout of common areas felt cramped, resulting in limited space to relax!!! The decor in some rooms seems dated and doesn't match the overall charm of the location. More variety in room sizes would be beneficial!!!

good experience but some room issues
The staff consistently was very good, always eager to assist us with local recommendations and plans. Breakfast was diverse and satisfying. I loved having a city view from the window. The bar is a must-visit. Drinks were expertly crafted and the ambiance was great.
The room was somewhat cramped, making it less comfortable than I hoped.

The staff went out of their way, especially Jerry and Tim. The breakfast options were delicious, and we loved the great bar in the basement. We visited the old quarter and tried a cooking class, fantastic. Definitely consider staying here for a fun experience!
One thing to note is that the room size was small, made things a bit cramped for our group.

Really good service and perfect location
The hotel is just a short walk away from the lake and many delicious dining options. The cocktails at the bar were good, but I think they should consider offering a broader range of beer selections. This place blew me away with its charm and hospitality.

The Classic Double Room was pretty cozy overall. The bed was super comfortable and clean, a big plus for me. The decor felt a bit dated, not really matching the charm of the area. The daily breakfast was delicious, and it was nice how the staff went out of their way to help with luggage storage while we headed to Ha Long Bay. But not much in terms of extra space in the room and the vibe could have been friendlier.

Ideal for families looking for comfort
We booked last minute and were greeted with open arms. Jerry was a highlight of the trip, cute us sincerely and even offering us breakfast after our late arrival! That kind of service, it's rare, you know.
Yeah, it wasn't exactly budget-friendly but for what we got, it was kind of worth it.

The location's fantastic, just a short walk to attractions like St Joseph Cathedral, and the staff, particularly Sophie and Jerry, really elevated our experience with their warm hospitality and insightful recommendations. The only downside was the hotel's smaller size, common for the Old Quarter.
